| You would enjoy a comprehensive 18-24 month training programme encompassing our core areas of design, standard packaging, special packaging and plastics, spending time in at least two of our operating companies within the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Austria. We would also provide you with a bespoke personal development plan covering both technical and management skills to be supplemented by external training where necessary. The current plan is to train you to become a Six Sigma black belt so that you can use these skills throughout the management trainee programme and beyond. The aim of this training program is to develop high potential future managers for the company in the areas where you have demonstrated strengths and skills. |

You will need to be / have:
· A flexible, “hands-on” self starter
· Fluent in English and at least another language
· Able to work across cultures and relocate regularly between European countries during your traineeship?
· A graduate in a business studies degree or similar commercially oriented qualification (ideally a post graduate qualification)
· IT literate
· Willing to work in a manufacturing environment
