This role, after a probationary period would be a board level position. The role will have full responsibility for the Sales & Marketing function of the company with a UK & Ireland Sales Person, 2 European Sales Agents and 1 Internal Sales Person reporting into you. The chosen candidate will be repsonsible for aggressively growing the business in line with current expansion rates aiming towards a £20m turnover within 5 years. The candidate needs to be a competent man-manager and definitely a strategic thinker with a passion for sales. The company is pursuing an investment programme to enhance the capabilites of the company, particularly in the area of printing. The company is involved in the Food & Beverage sectors with an impressive client list.
