On time, on budget execution of localized product and packaging MarCom deliverables to support EMEA marketing campaigns and product launches with on-time delivery of artwork.
Owns local budget, supplier relationships (translation & design agencies) for optimal time and cost effectiveness
Ensures that definition, development and management of launch schedules and product deliverables (including artwork for packaging, photography, collateral, messaging, POP, channel communications, programs and promotions) conform to both EMEA commercial deadlines whilst respecting worldwide project schedules and definition. Based on die-lines and requirements delivered by PM & PKG Engineer.
Ensures that worldwide product development program and NPI schedules (for messaging and artwork development) allow for sufficient time for EMEA localization. (Direct cooperation with NPIM, PMs and PKG Engineer).
Develops clear working relationship with, and processes for, EMEA and US stakeholders to ensure the most efficient delivery of messaging
Identifies necessary resources and coordinates the work of regional and HQ marketing teams, designers, copywriters, translation agencies, packaging engineer (also contactperson with printers), content providers to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, conforming to current design specifications and standards, and communicating the proper tone, style, and look & feel.
Drives and manages the EMEA localization process, including cross-functional approvals, such as regional language localization, quality, packaging engineering and legal when required
Communicates and coordinates with MARCOM team members in US, and all 8 EMEA regions to ensure development of product related materials that meet local customer and channel needs.

Requirements and Experience:
Strong demonstrable experience in Product Packaging and Collateral
Multilingual ( excellent English, French, German – other languages an advantage)
Experience in working with multinational customers preferred
Proven verbal and written communication skills; outstanding organizational skills
Proven planning and execution capabilities
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
Outstanding vendor and agency management skills
Thorough understanding of graphics, print and package production specifications and processes
degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related area
Desired Knowledge/Skills:
Consumer/retail marketing experience preferred
Calm demeanor under pressure
Working knowledge of desktop publishing applications, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Quark preferred
