| Our client is a leading provider of packaging and packaging solutions. |
|
Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all site Health and Safety procedures are followed. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the company is complying with legislation and standards, risk assessments, accidents are investigated thoroughly, all Health and Safety training is undertaken and organise Health and Safety meetings. You will work closely with departmental managers to identify safety issues and training needs and will liaise with external bodies such as H.S.E, experts in safety resolutions and insurance companies.
Your main KPI's will be measured against results in audits and inspections, number of accidents and general site training and compliance with industry legislation.

You will have minimum NEBOSH certificate or HNC equivalent with at least 2 years experience in a Health and Safety role in a manufacturing environment. You will be a strong character with good verbal, written and presentation skills.
|
|
The package for this role is paying up to £26k plus other company benefits.
